Katelyn Sweeney

Katelyn Sweeney is a transactional Associate attorney at the firm. Katelyn practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business organizations, real estate, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and elder law.

Katelyn earned her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While attending law school she interned with the Honorable James T. Borchard, Saginaw County Circuit Court Judge, and began her employment with Smith Bovill, P.C. as a law clerk. Prior to attending law school Katelyn worked as a legal assistant at a law firm in Saginaw, Michigan.

Katelyn is a member and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council. She completed the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Elder Law Certificate Program.

Katelyn has been married to her husband, Kyle, since 2017, and they have two sons.
